TryShopper connects individuals who need personal shopping services with shoppers who purchase and deliver items on their behalf. We provide a platform to facilitate orders, estimates, and payments. We do not sell goods directly.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use TryShopper. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Orders and Payments
Individuals approve estimates before shoppers proceed. Payment is held until you approve receipts and final amounts. Platform fees, delivery fees, and item costs apply as shown at checkout. Refunds follow our dispute resolution process.
5. Shopper Conduct
Shoppers must source items as described, provide receipts, and deliver on time. Substitutions require individual approval. Fraudulent or misleading behaviour may result in account suspension.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use TryShopper for illegal items, fraud, harassment, or activities that violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
TryShopper acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for the quality, accuracy, or delivery of items purchased by shoppers. Disputes between individuals and shoppers are handled through our support process.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
